Hi, I’m Gibran.
Here’s my mission:

In the middle of my 7-year career at Google, I was plateauing, and it was because I was saying “yes” to the wrong things: unnecessary meetings and work that was outside of my role.

Then, the Addictive Leadership program transformed my career. I learned how to:

  • Say “no” to lower-value tasks and distractions
  • Reclaim 500 hours a year for my highest-priority work
  • Dramatically improve the business and myself, as a result

I unlocked my full potential because of this program, which is why I’m so passionate about carrying the message to others. Through this highly-interactive workshop or keynote, I’ll give your team the same inspiration, tools, and support that helped me, so that they can unlock their full potential, too.

YOUR team WILL:

  • Learn a repeatable process for identifying, quantifying, and tackling Uncomfortable Work
  • Identify and reduce low‑value activities that silently consume time and margin
  • Learn to navigate difficult conversations with peers, staff, and clients
  • Increase focus and engagement
  • Leave feeling inspired and empowered to unlock hidden potential

AUDIENCE FEEDBACK:

“I love the applicable & relevant way the process was unpacked. My C-level team will all benefit from the self-discovery this facilitates.”

“...gave our team a language to talk about topics we don't typically discuss that are holding us back from being more successful as a team and organization.”

“Outstanding seminar and exceptionally relevant! Well presented and appropriate for our entire team.”

“Excellent presentation! Spoke to several challenges I and my team members have.”

“One of the best presentations I've been to. This will impact me and my team.”

LET’S UNLOCK YOUR TEAM'S POTENTIAL
