Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and access

Access to the Service requires an account associated with a Google Workspace or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at derek@addictiveleadership.com of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Record or capture audio of any person without obtaining their consent as required by the applicable laws of their jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring valid recording consent before initiating a session capture.
• Use the Service to harm, harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Coaching content and confidentiality

You acknowledge that the Service stores sensitive coaching content, including transcripts of coaching sessions and notes about your clients. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining appropriate confidentiality of your clients’ information consistent with your professional obligations.
• Securing appropriate consent from session participants before recording.
• Sharing reports, summaries, and emails only with intended recipients.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you create in Campbell (client profiles, notes, goals, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., to generate AI summaries, send emails on your behalf, store data, troubleshoot issues).

Campbell’s software, branding, design, and all underlying intellectual property are owned by Addictive Leadership LLC or its licensors.

6. AI-generated content

The Service generates summaries, reports, transcripts, and suggested communications using AI. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending, sharing, or relying on it. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDICTIVE LEADERSHIP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addictive Leadership LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights, including without limitation any failure to obtain proper recording consent.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may close your account by contacting derek@addictiveleadership.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
