Program Overview:

Turn Workshop inspiration into lasting change by following it with 12 weeks of guidance, support, and accountability from a dedicated expert. Tailored specifically for busy leaders with a maximum time commitment of 1-1.5 hours per month.

Program Structure:

  • Week 1: Immersive 1-Day Workshop and training
  • Weeks 3-12: 30-minute 1×1 Reinforcement Coaching calls, 2x per month
