Our flagship program expands the impact of the 1-Day Workshop by following it with 12 weeks of personalized Accountability Coaching, ensuring successful implementation and lasting behavioral change. Tailored specifically for busy leaders with a maximum time commitment of 1-1.5 hours per month.

Program Structure:

  • Week 1: Immersive 1-Day Workshop and training
  • Weeks 2-8: Bi-weekly 30-minute individual Accountability Coaching Calls
  • Weeks 9-13: One 30-minute individual Accountability Coaching Call
  • Monthly: Facilitated Accountability Session with your workshop cohort
